The whole tone is positive and practical and it will benefit people who are already struggling with stress as well as those who want to understand how to avoid becoming overwhelmed by stress and protect themselves from the harm it can cause.

Che has always delivered despite massive pressures and impossible deadlines, there should be a category for pulling the rabbit out of the hat. I would have no problem in recommending Che for any role she has done or is going to do.
