Helping your staff manage their stress, emotions and energy levels at work
Training teams on how to work effectively together under pressure

Workplace Wellness

Workplace Wellness is a tricky thing to get right – there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ solution. But there are significant consequences of ignoring it, both for the employee and for the organisation.

Did you know that over 50% of work-related ill-health cases were due to stress from 2021 to 2022 (in the UK)*?  With 1 in 4 taking time off due to work related stress, and 1 in 10 considering resigning over it*?

We offer talks and workshops, but also provide tailored solutions for specific individuals and teams, including coaching, mediation, management training, and train the trainer.

Our unique approach to Stress Management

When stress build ups it can result in overwhelm, and cause physical, emotional and mental ill-health. When team members are stressed they become distracted, and have short tempers. As conflict increases, performance suffers, absence rises, and productivity drops.  We’ve seen this many times.

Yet stress is a natural human response, and you can’t prevent it. But you CAN help people manage it effectively.  Using frameworks like the Six Pillars of Health, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine models of balance and flow, we dig into acute versus chronic stress, and ways to prevent stress tipping into overwhelm, and conditions like learned helplessness, chronic fatigue and heart disease.

Helping your people, protecting your business

It’s not just employees who benefit from stress management training.  The cost of employee stress for an organisation can be high.  So regardless of whether employees are experiencing work related stress, or stress arising from their personal circumstances, by helping employees to manage their stress, organisations also reap the benefits.

Similarly, conflict at work between employees can result in lost productivity, and cause valued members of staff to seek alternative employment.  It is vital to nip conflict in the bud, and to provide employees with the skills and tools they need to navigate difference of opinion.

Quick and easy tools, techniques and sessions

Stress prevention, management, treatment and recovery are some of our key specialisms. Over the past 15 years we’ve brought together a wide range of tools and techniques.  The tools we teach can have an instant effect, are quick and easy to use, and have greater stress-busting benefits the more they are used

We can work with people 1:1, in small or large groups, and offer bite-size talks or in-depth workshops, alongside corporate away days and retreats. Whilst everything is tailored to your needs, it is deliberately planned and delivered efficiently in order to keep disruption to you to a minimum.

Talks, workshops and more

We focus on what’s best for you and your organisation. From 1:1 coaching and mediation, to bite-size talks, day workshops, team training and whole organisation rollouts.

We have the flexibility to engage and deliver in the right way to make a meaningful difference.  To you.

Thank you so much! I thought I already knew quite a lot about this topic but it turns out there is so much I didn't know!
Simple, well structured and presented. Look forward to building some of the exercises into routine... great time for me personally to consume. Thanks Che.
The effects of stress on staff performance in my previous role were very evident to me and cost us a lot in time and money (with several staff off work with stress for weeks on end). This course would have given us a common language and way to address it.
The feedback from the 100 attendees was brilliant - the session was enlightening, engaging and educational. Staff have requested to have Che come back again!
I gained so much from completing this course. It gave an explanation of 'why' stress occurs and what is 'going on', as well as providing some immediately useable tools to reduce the effects of stress. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone wanting to manage their stress levels and improve their health and wellbeing.
I really feel that I have learnt some good habits that I can use on a day to day basis. Thank you.
